Working principle: The cyclone filter is installed in the swirling center by the cyclone separator structure. The liquid material enters in the tangential direction from the cylindrical part, and the centrifugal force is generated by the rotary motion, and the cone portion is more severe. The solid particles in the feed liquid or the liquid with a higher density are thrown toward the wall by centrifugal force and flow down the wall to the outlet (underflow box) along the wall. The finer particles carried in the light liquid or liquid rise, and the vortex filter is generated in the inverted filter. The fine material passes through the filter screen, the coarse material settles under the vortex, and the filter mesh continuously passes through the high-speed swirling flow. Perform self-cleaning cleaning. The coarse particles do not pass through the filter screen and can enter the overflow tank at the center outlet where the vortex sinks, and re-enter the pulverized dispersion emulsification pump to perform pulverization and emulsification again.
